Green Elephant opened in Portland, ME in 2007, and a second location has since sprung up in Portsmouth, NH. Vermont — Revolution Kitchen

Revolution Kitchen offers all-vegetarian fare, made from local, organic ingredients. Founded in 2013, it was Burlington’s first restaurant featuring an all-vegetarian menu. They are also vegan and gluten free friendly. The dishes range from Korean-inspired seitan satay to the famous chocolate banana cream pie.
Massachusetts — Littleburg Vegetable Kitchen

Hours: Wednesday – Thursday, 5-8 p.m.; Friday – Sunday, 5-9 p.m.

Littleburg is entirely vegan. The Greek and Mediterranean-inspired menu changes seasonally and all dishes are cooked from scratch. Originally, it started as a pop-up; then it became a meal delivery service; finally, it has a storefront of its own. Try the gyro made with seitan and almond tzatziki, or the pide – a type of Turkish flatbread “pizza” – made with lentils and hazelnut sauce.
New Hampshire — Earth’s Harvest

Earth’s Harvest offers fare that is entirely organic and locally-sourced in and around Dover, NH. Although the menu isn’t entirely vegetarian, they offer tons of veggie and vegan options (designated with a VG or V on the menu). You will find tons of breakfast options, an endless list of smoothies, as well as the traditional soups, salads, and sandwiches.
Connecticut — Fire-N-Spice Vegan Restaurant

Fire-N-Spice specializes in plant-based Jamaican dishes; however, a quick look at the menu reveals that the fare is globally-inspired and full of diverse Jamaican, African, and Indian flavors. The restaurant doubles as a bakery and vegan creamery, and has a rich smoothie menu as well.
Massachusetts — Loving Hut

Loving Hut is a national vegan chain that offers quick and easy plant-based fare. The exhaustive menu is largely inspired by Asian cuisine, and some not-to-miss dishes include the crispy & crunchy rolls and the pho. There are two locations in Worcester: one at 415 Chandler Street, and the other at 56 Hamilton Street.
Vermont — Pingala Café

Pingala Café’s food is “food truck-inspired.” The menu items often resemble what the restaurant refers to as their “naughty counterparts,” including burgers, hot dogs, and mac and cheese. However, everything on the menu is entirely plant-based and vegan.

Veggie Galaxy offers the atmosphere of a classic American diner, with a vegetarian twist on the fare. They regularly offer new specials, serve breakfast all day, and make vegan donuts on Sundays.
