Basin Harbor Club is a full service resort with scores of activities for couples and families. Think of each of our 77 cottages as your own private summer place. The cottages, each with a distinctive floor plan, are nestled throughout the grounds with views of Lake Champlain, gorgeous gardens, or the golf course. All are within walking distance of dining, recreational and sports activities. Accommodations in the charming cottages range from one to three bedrooms with private bath(s), and many also have a living room for lounging. All boast a comfy summer home decor with varied features like decks or porches, custom millwork, and artisanal screen doors. A third of the cottages have fireplaces made with native stone.

Our cozy 1 and 2 bedroom log cabins here are Sterling Ridge are nestled in the woods - a perfect location for Romantic Getaways and honeymooners. We have several different sizes and locations for you to choose - from our one bedroom "Homeymoon Cabin" to the family-sized Deluxe 3-bedroom cabin or even our 4-bedroom Pond House. Each cabin has traditional country furnishings and modern amenities, from wood-burning stoves to satellite TV to a fully-equipped kitchen. (Each cabin has a primary source of heat in addition to a fireplace or woodstove.) We even have Studio-sized cabins for those couples looking for a weekend getaway on a budget.
